Cancellation/Change Fees:

All bookings are subject to additional fees for major changes or cancellations, based on the fee schedule above.

AIRLINE TICKETING & MANAGEMENT

Ticketing Fee
$150 per person for all trips where the Planning Fee is waived

Rush Ticketing Fee
(Departure Within 1 Week)
$250 per person for all trips where the Planning Fee is waived

Airline Frequent Flyer Tickets
$200 per ticket charged at the beginning of the planning process

Change Fees

  • There is NO FEE for changes as a result of airline initiated schedule changes or travel disruptions.

  • All voluntary changes in airline reservations resulting in a reissue of the ticket are subject to the same fee schedule listed above.

  • All voluntary changes made within one week of departure, or after departure, are subject to an additional $150 fee surcharge per person.

Concierge fee

For all trips where the Planning Fee is waived, a per service concierge fee will be applied to the below services.

  • Transfers

  • Dining Reservations

  • Spa Reservations

  • Hotel Activities

  • Theater & Event Tickets

Rush Concierge Fee

$200 per service

Visa Processing fee

 $100 per application
